I'm a hugger and cuddler myself *wiggles*. But it's usually a comfort thing. I literally thrive on touch (as a child, it took me a bit to learn and understand boundaries. You can't just go up to someone and hug them *facepalm*). If someone isn't a hugger/toucher like me, I completely respect it and usually let that person be the first one to touch me (to set their boundaries, so to say, so there won't be an issue with me overstepping).
