Oh great.. Ice storm warning till later on during Monday evening. And there's a nice pool of water STILL in the hallway under the carpet in front of my room (long story). Here's hoping maintainence is able to fix it..

I'm gonna see about getting back to sleep.. Between Mom just about giving me a heart attack and dealing with the wonderful watery present the boiler decided to give us over the weekend... ugh..

Here in Minnesota we get nine months of it a year ;)

So...yeah..This is me procrastinating, as even if I get everything packed, there's still 8 inches of snow between me and the car.

Oh, and Hi Zorathenne! It's FuzzyBear from /gu. Been meaning to visit for a while and finally got around to it.

Love the decor :) So much more panache than mine.

Good luck. We got snow today, Ice last night. Got a ticket for blowing a stop sign because of it. :-(

I think you should demand the cop give the ticket to the ice for creating the conditions such that the scenario where you ran the stop sign.

I mean, personal accountability is important, to be sure, but really now.. let's put the blame where it really belongs.

LOL I live in a small town.. The cops understand that the city wants moey for road work...In good weather they will let things slide from residents, ticketing passers bye and the students to the community collage here that live in the neighboring towns, but in icky ness they tend to come down hard on everyone.
