Hrmm.. I was deciding how to go about this post.. I know I made some new friends here since I started this journal.. And of course, many of them know hardly *anything* about me other than what they may read in my entries.. My other friends have a bit of advantage here, as they knew me way before Livejournal hehe.. I had intended a while ago I would make some sort of introductory entry, but, well.. *grin* Time passes.. I still intend on doing one.. but I think I will try it this way..

If you want to know something about me that isn't mentioned in my Info section, then ask away =). I promise I will answer fully.. Just keep the questions tastefull and *respectfull*.. All subjects.. I'll put all my answers and stuff in one big entry =)

Really! Wow. We always had a group who handled cancellations. Granted that group has turned into the saves team which is a higher tier in CS. It seems to work for them!

I did outbound calling to customers about their accounts. We called for various reasons, from a collections aspect, to welcome to EarthLink aspect. We were trying to help lower churn, by getting to people before they wanted to cancel.

Hello. Good to meet you as well. And insofar as the name, yeah, it's meant to at least resemble it. Kuroi, as memory serves, means Black in Japanese. And Shinjo is one of the family names for the clan I play (or, more precisely, used to) in Legend of the Five Rings - a CCG with heavy Eastern influences.

So, the big joke was that since I do everything differently than most of the members of my clan, I might as well call myself the Black Sheep.. but that just didn't work. So, there ya go. ;)
