Okay.. I'm finally used to hearing the ice cream trucks riding around through neighborhoods in the month of March down here..

But I don't think I'm yet used to hearing one of them riding through playing "What Child is This?".. Though that could be the question icecream men may (or may not) be asking nowadays when they see the kids running pell mell after them to get them to stop..

Never can tell these days, ya know?

i heard the first icecream man of the year this afternoon... i was snuggling on the couch with jason watching Baby Story, Gwenny kicked (coincidence?), and i went "OH! ICE CREAM!"

I think all i can think about is food sometimes...

The icecream man went by here today for the first time this season. Natty had to have a Power Puffs icecream and I got an icecream sandwich. :-)

BTW...
"What Child is This" is also know as "Greensleeves" and is NOT necessarily a Christmas carol. It is a traditional tune dating back to the middle ages.

Um.. I knew that boo.. I've played the song enough times and my teacher at the time always called it "Greensleeves" (he'd ranted once or twice before about the song and it's origins, etc. I would listen with I think half an ear). I wasn't too crazy about him (long story) and would always call it "What Child is This" just to be difficult with him. I wasn't commenting about the 'Christmas' aspect.. I heard the song, my mind remembered back.. and then took the "What Child is This" track down to where I ended up making my post *grin*.
