Ooohh man ohman ohman ohman ohman ohman it's awesome!!
We go back on Wednesday and I promise I will take pics inside and out so you all can see it..

Here's some info on it )

The backyard is just screaming: "Plant a garden and lots of flowers in me!! And don't forget Birdhouses and feeders!!"

I get the basement apartment too.. *wigglewigglebounce*

The family selling the house was so sweet. The father wasn't home but the mother and her two little ones were. The daughter is in 2nd grade and I don't remember the age/grade of the son, but he's either a year or two younger or older. They were both adorable. The daughter was our tour guide through the house hehe. The house is the perfect size.. The rooms are the perfect size and positioned just perfectly. We got on very well in the house and talked bout the house, property, rooms, everything else. Mom and I didn't want to leave *giggle*. It was the first house on our list of houses to check out today and after leaving we could not get that house out of our minds.. While in another house, our agent got a call from the mother saying she really liked us and was hoping we were interested because she had gotten an offer.. She felt we would be better for the house. We didn't even check out the last house on our list. We went back to the office and Mom put in her offer. So we find out tomorrow if she accepts and if we get the house..

Oh man..

I hope/pray/cross my fingers/whatever that we get this house. Granted money is gonna be way more than tight until the end of the year (especially as I'm still job~hunting but as the area the home is in is much more larger and prolific than Douglasville I may get lucky), but we can do this. If things go well, and other little plans go through, Mom won't have to sell the house in NY just yet. As long as we no longer have to deal with the apartment it will be just fine..

This house is almost like a dream come true.. I mean.. it's.. just.. perfect.

I would go on and on about the house, but tonight I actually have a bedtime *grin*. Cisco starts tomorrow in school so I kinda have to get my rest..

*giggle* I feel like a kid at Christmas here..

Oh man... *wiggle*
