Yes that is what I meant when I said the ISP business. I meant all ISPs in general.
I am sure other companies have it as well, ever call some place to cancel something and they transfer you or there is a special option for cancellation on the phone queue. Normally you have a bunch of agents who especially trained for keeping customers.
